Classes

We offer Crossfit Classes (see schedule), Bootcamp classes and Strength classes

  • Note: To join CrossFit classes you must first take our Elements class or have similar experience
  • Bootcamp is offered M-F 6am, 9am and 3pm with a 3 day and a 5 day/week option – Please contact Sheila Miller:  sheila@crossfitsj.com
